Curtis Miller – VP of Construction (licensed building contractor) Curtis
oversees all aspects of the field production and land development operations as
well as the customer service functions for MCS. He has been the driving force
behind the implementation of refined scheduling systems, level production techniques,
the efficiencies associated with the forgoing and the development of the
company’s leading customer service team. Curtis brings more than 35 years of construction experience to MCS. Prior
to Curtis forming MCS he was president of Curtis Miller Construction which
built a large variety of projects, including building commercial projects such
as; Wal-Mart shopping centers, SAM’s Wholesale Clubs and Food Lion grocery and
various apartment complexes. Curtis also
has wide range of residential construction; from building 1500sf production
style homes to large scale custom homes from 8000sf plus. Zachary Miller – VP of Design (licensed building contractor) Zach
guides and directs the vision, design and development of the MCS’s Master Plan.
He joined MCS in April 2004, bringing to the company 10 years of
experience in the design field as a drafter / designer for architectural firms
in the Prior
to joining MCS Zach managed projects in architectural field. Providing complete architectural services for
commercial and residential projects like; Stonewood Grill and Tavern, Season’s
52, Bahama Breeze, Zephyr Hills distribution office, Isleworth Sales Center and
Denny’s Restaurant. Some residential
projects include; Semi-Custom homes in C. Allen Bocco – Senior Project Manager (licensed building
contractor) Allen brings nearly 35
years of commercial construction experience to MCS. Allen oversees the specific details of the
field production, insuring that every aspect of the construction documents and
schedule are utilized and executed to the fullest. Prior to joining MCS Allen worked for different
contractors across the nation. Building
